3.1. Personal Account & Order
You do not have to create a personal account to order in our online store.
Once you go to the checkout, in the first step, select "Guest Checkout" to make purchases without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you are able to store personal items and shipping addresses, so you do not have to write them to each of your orders, and use the Wish List.
3.2. Orders By Phone
You can place your order by phone at +302108067672 from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00 and on Sunday from 10:00 to 14:30. With the exception of Sundays 23/4 (Sunday of Thomas and Saint George), 30/4 (Eve of May Day), 14/5 (Mother's Day) and 21/5 (Constantinos & Helens) the opening hours are 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Please note the code and the price of the products you want to order.
3.3. Order Status
If you are a registered customer, to see the status of your order, visit the "My orders" page, from the "Account" menu at the bottom. From there, select your current order to see its progress.
Whether you are registered or not, you will receive an email each time your order status changes.
3.4. Order Cancellation

3.5. Wish List
Wish List is a service that allows you to add products that you plan to buy in the future or make a gift. The products in Wish List can be transferred to the Shopping Cart when you want to. To add a product to your Wish List, click on "Add to Wish List" with the symbol of the heart.
